Hampton bring in midfielder Champion

Midfielder Freddy Champion has joined Hampton & Richmond Borough.

The 20-year-old from Shepherd’s Bush was released by QPR earlier this year.

He was picked up by Rangers in 2011 after being released by Tottenham and previously had a spell on Chelsea’s books.

Borough have also signed 23-year-old striker Ben Harris, who recently left Windsor FC, and 19-year-old former Woking midfielder Jake Hicks.
