Hampton & Richmond Borough scored the 100th goal of their league campaign and took another step towards promotion to National League South with a 3-0 win at Farnborough.

Former Brentford midfielder Eddie Hutchinson, who played more than 100 league games for the Bees, took them to their century when he opened the scoring with a low drive at Cherrywood Road.

Brendan Kiernan added a second on 38 minutes and Moussa Diarra stretched the lead further just after the break.

Hampton are four points clear at the top of the Ryman Premier Division, with two games to go, but third-placed Bognor are their primary challenger, as they have four to play.

If Bognor slip up against Wingate & Finchley on Tuesday, Hampton would wrap up the title next weekend with a win at Grays Athletic.
