Beavers snap up defender Ferrell

Hampton & Richmond have signed defender Lewis Ferrell from Hayes & Yeading.

The right-back joined Hayes in 2010 and made 30 appearances for the club last season, scoring once.

He started out at Brentford, where he impressed at youth and reserve level but was unable to break into the first team.

Meanwhile, defender Elliott Brathwaite, 21, has left Hampton to join Hendon.
