Silva and Fulham ‘aligned’ in talks over new deal
Marco Silva insists he and the Fulham hierarchy are “aligned” in their discussions about his future.
The head coach’s contract at Craven Cottage expires this summer and he has been in talks about a new deal.
“We are aligned. We’ve been having conversations about many, many things – the future of the club,” said Silva
“For sure my position is one of them and we have been in conversations, right now is what I can say.”

Fulham’s director of football Tony Khan told Talksport earlier this week he is confident Silva will stay.
“I absolutely want Marco to be here for a long time, and I think he will be. I believe that,” said Khan.
Meanwhile, Sasa Lukic and Tom Cairney could return for Fulham against Sunderland on Sunday, but Samuel Chukwueze will miss the game.
