Martin Jol is hoping his team can bounce back from their FA Cup hammering by Manchester United and beat West Ham at Craven Cottage on Wednesday.
The Fulham boss could draw few positives from their 4-1 defeat at Old Trafford, where they went behind after only three minutes.
Jol’s priority remains finding a solution to the Whites’ worrying league form and three points against the Hammers would be a much-needed boost.
“The only thing you can do is try and keep your head up,” he said.
“We play three games in 10 days and hopefully we can pick ourselves up and pick up the points on Wednesday.
“There are seven or eight teams around us and we have to pick up points against them. We need to win on Wednesday.”
