Fulham have signed Iceland defender Ragnar Sigurdsson and extended Lasse Vigen Christensen’s contract.

Sigurdsson, 30, arrives from Russian top-flight club Krasnodar for an undisclosed fee and has agreed a two-year contract, with Fulham having the option to extend the deal by a further year.

The centre-back was a key player for his country in the recent European Championship in France, where they beat England on the way to reaching the quarter-finals.

Meanwhile, Danish midfielder Christensen (pictured) is now under contract at Craven Cottage until 2018.
