Fulham sign Cavaleiro on loan from Wolves with option to buy

Fulham have completed the signing of winger Ivan Cavaleiro on a season-long loan from Wolves with a view to a permanent move.

The 25-year-old Portugal international, who can operate on either flank, played a key role in Wolves’ promotion the season before last but was less involved for them in the Premier League.

The deal to take him to Craven Cottage was confirmed on Saturday afternoon and includes an option for Fulham to buy him at the of the campaign.

“This is a good opportunity for me to grow as a player,” he told Fulham’s website.
