Fulham have offer for Celtic defender rejected

Celtic have rejected an offer from Fulham for defender Dredryk Boyata.

The Whites made an approach for the 27-year-old but Celtic do not believe they would be able to sign a replacement before the transfer window closes.

The Scottish club therefore made it clear that Boyata would not be sold.

Boyata, who previously had a six-year spell at Manchester City, has been at Celtic since 2015. He has also played on loan at Bolton and Dutch club FC Twente.
