Transfer gossip: Whites linked with Travnik and Sala

Some of the latest transfer speculation involving Fulham…

Fulham want to sign Czech Republic midfielder Michal Travnik, according to the Mail on Sunday.

It is claimed that the Whites will rival Newcastle, who have also been linked with the 24-year-old.

Travnik, who plays for Jablonec in the Czech League, has been linked with a number of European clubs in recent months.

He is among a host of players Fulham have been linked with ahead of the January transfer window.

The Mail on Sunday also say Fulham are set to compete with Cardiff City for the signing of Nantes’ Argentine striker Emiliano Sala.

Meanwhile, the Hartlepool Mail reckon Fulham are among Premier League clubs interested in Hartlepool United youngster Luca Murphy.

Wolves and West Ham are also said to have been eyeing the 17-year-old defender this season.

According to the Hartlepool Mail, Fulham have scouted Murphy and “are ready to offer a six-figure sum” for him.

It is claimed that Fulham want the player to train with them ahead of a possible move.
