Transfer gossip: Chelsea linked with Fulham’s Dembele

The Mail on Sunday have picked up on recent reports that Chelsea are interested in Fulham forward Moussa Dembele.

The newspaper has declared that the Blues are looking to snatch Dembele from under the noses of rivals Tottenham.

It comes after reports in his native France claimed that Chelsea are keen to sign the 19-year-old.

Spurs discussed a deal to sign Dembele during the January transfer window and there has since been speculation that they will look to capture him this summer.

His contract expires at the end of the season and the likes of Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Juventus and Napoli have also been linked with him.

Meanwhile, Alexandre Pato has told Brazilian television he would like to stay at Chelsea when his loan from Corinthians finishes at the end of the campaign.

And reports in Italy, where Radja Nainggolan has been linked with a move to Chelsea, now suggest Roma will not sell the Belgium midfielder.
