Hammers tipped to reject Morrison bid, while QPR eye Belfodil
West Ham are set to reject an offer from Fulham for Ravel Morrison, the Daily Express say.
Rene Meulensteen is being tipped to table a £7.5m bid to land both Morrison, who was at Manchester United when the Fulham boss was part of Sir Alex Ferguson’s coaching team, and his Upton Park team-mate Mo Diame.
Midfielder Diame has a £3.5m release clause in his contract but it is claimed that Fulham can only afford to offer £4m for Morrison, which is unlikely to be enough.
Meanwhile, the Daily Mail suggest QPR now lead the chase to take Ishak Belfodil on loan from Inter Milan after West Ham apparently dropped out of the running.
The Algerian forward, who is co-owned by Parma, is said to be interested in joining Rangers this month with a view to a permanent deal in the summer if they are promoted back to the Premier League.

If Andy Carroll suffers any further injury then we are in the mire. For God’s why can’t we get rid of some of the dross on the cheap just to get them off the wage bill then sign a couple of decent strikers. Cole & Maiga will NOT keep us up this season.
If Diame & Morrison want to leave then let ’em. They are not gonna put in a full shift if their hearts aren’t there. We should be able to get twelve or so million for them which will enable us to buy a striker or two.
The lad we bought from the ‘Posh’ (Jaanai Gordon) looks a superb player. He WANTS to be at WHU & he could play up front just behind Carroll if Morrison wants to leave.
