News in brief: Chelsea youngsters to face Milan, QPR’s Cox scores

Chelsea have been drawn away to AC Milan in the quarter-finals of the Uefa Youth League. The winners of the tie will face Schalke or Real Sociedad in the quarter-finals.

QPR Under-21s drew 1-1 at Swansea on Monday afternoon. Reece Cox scored for Rangers and Angelo Balanta went off injured in the second half.

Fulham will now play Arsenal in the Under-21 Premier League Cup at Motspur Park on Thursday 9 January, kick-off 7pm. The game was originally due to be played on 3 January.
