Reports: West Ham prepare Ba bid and De Bruyne could cost £25m

West Ham manager Sam Allardyce is preparing a final bid to take Demba Ba back to Upton Park, the Express say.

Chelsea’s former Hammers striker has been linked with a return to east London, with Allardyce apparently looking to sign him on loan.

German club Wolfsburg have reportedly indicated that they may be willing to give Chelsea £25m for Kevin de Bruyne.

De Bruyne has been tipped to leave Chelsea.

The Daily Telegraph suggest that is the price Wolfsburg would have to pay if they are to sign De Bruyne on a permanent deal and they do not appear to have been put off.

There continues to be speculation over the futures of Chelsea duo Juan Mata and David Luiz.

The Evening Standard say Paris St-Germain are ready to make a £30m bid for Mata, with Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan also apparently monitoring the situation.

A move to Inter is Mata’s only other option because Chelsea do not want to sell him to another English club, according to the Daily Star,

Based on German press reports, the Mirror link Luiz with a possible move to Bayern Munich.

And Goal.com say Barcelona have made another enquiry about the Brazilian, with St Etienne defender Kurt Zouma lined up by Chelsea as a possible replacement.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have again been linked Loic Remy, this time by the Express.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger was reported to be interested in the QPR striker before his loan move to Newcastle, whose manager Alan Pardew is hoping to sign Remy on a permanent basis.

It is claimed that Wenger is considering him as well as Fulham’s Dimitar Berbatov after Nicklas Bendtner suffered an ankle injury.

Arsenal also are competing with Chelsea for the signing of Benfica midfielder Nemanja Matic, according to Talksport.
