Guarin latest, Balotelli, West Brom linked with Whites defender

Fredy Guarin’s agent Marcelo Ferreyra has admitted that no offer was received from Chelsea.

Inter Milan midfielder Guarin has been consistently linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, with reports suggesting a deal was being discussed.

But Ferreyra told FcInternews: “It’s false. We have never got offers from Chelsea. We are happy at Inter.”

Meanwhile, The Independent reports that former Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has dismissed speculation linking him with a possible move to Chelsea.

He is quoted as saying: “I remain at Milan. I must arrive at the World Cup feeling especially calm.”

Spanish newspaper Marca says Real Betis are interested in signing Bryan Ruiz on loan from Fulham.

And Whites defender Brede Hangeland is rumoured to be a target for managerless West Brom.

Any deal for Hangeland would be for in the region of £2m, it is claimed.
