A round-up of the latest transfer speculation involving the area’s clubs…

French media reports continue to claim that Chelsea will pursue a deal to sign Paris St-Germain defender Marquinhos when the transfer window reopens in January.

Barcelona are among the other top European clubs said to be chasing the 21-year-old Brazilian centre-back, who was linked with a move to Stamford Bridge during the final stages of the summer transfer window.

And Italian media reports continue to suggest that Juventus will look to complete a deal to sign Juan Cuadrado on a permanent basis after he impressed while on loan from Chelsea.

The Blues are looking for a fee of around £14.5m, it has been reported.

Meanwhile, Fulham’s United States international midfielder Emerson Hyndman has told American Sports Network he is keen to leave Craven Cottage.

“It’s a little difficult right now,” Hyndman is quoted as saying.

“I’ve told them in the past that I think it’s time for me to move on. There are clubs out there that are interested and that I am excited about.

“I can’t see myself getting too many first-team minutes. I feel that I had a good pre-season, and I thought I might get a chance, but I am really looking forward to the future more than anything.

“I am looking at all possibilities and I am not ruling anything out yet. All I want to do is play and get first-team minutes consistently.”
