QPR and Fulham among clubs interested in O’Hara, report claims

A round-up of the latest transfer speculation involving QPR and Fulham…

QPR and Fulham are among the clubs the Blackpool Gazette believe are interested in Jamie O’Hara.

The former Tottenham midfielder, 28, has been offered a new contract by Blackpool but is keen to move on following their relegation from the Championship.

And it is claimed that Rangers and the Whites are both keen on him along with Nottingham Forest.

Meanwhile, Luton Today reports that Luton boss John Still has become frustrated in his attempts to sign Michael Harriman on a permanent basis.

The defender impressed for the Hatters last season while on loan from QPR, who have offered him a new contract.

“The clubs are talking, that’s as far as I can say, but we seem to have been talking for ages,” Still is quoted as saying.

There continues to be much speculation over the futures of QPR stars Charlie Austin and Matty Phillips.

West Ham have moved ahead of Newcastle in a race to sign Austin, the Daily Star say.

Newcastle have been widely tipped to sign the striker but Rangers, who want £15m for him, have not received an approach.

Now it is claimed that recently-appointed manager Slaven Bilic has told West Ham’s board he wants to sign Austin, who has a year left on his Rangers contract.

And The Sun say West Brom boss Tony Pulis is closing in on a £7m deal to sign winger Phillips, who is keen to move on.
