Blues linked with Anderlecht prospect and WBA are tipped to sign Phillips
A round-up of the latest transfer speculation involving Chelsea, QPR and Fulham…
Chelsea have been linked with two highly-rated teenagers – Anderlecht’s Youri Tielemans and St Pauli’s Sam Schreck.
Despite only being 18, midfielder Tielemans – the youngest player to appear in the Champions League – has already featured 83 times for the Belgian club and reports in Spain suggest he is being chased by Chelsea, Arsenal and Atletico Madrid.
The Daily Star, picking up on reports in a German newspaper, say Germany Under-16 playmaker Schreck, who is yet to break into St Pauli’s first team, is being monitored by Chelsea, Inter Milan and Real Madrid.
Chelsea striker Patrick Bamford has reportedly turned down a loan move to Newcastle.
The Times believes Bamford, 21, wants to make an impression in the Blues’ first team during their pre-season tour to the United States rather than try his luck at another Premier League club.

The Evening Chronicle believes the Magpies are still interested in QPR striker Charlie Austin. Rangers are yet to receive a bid for the striker, who has also been linked with Chelsea.
Chelsea have been linked with Lyon centre-back Samuel Umtiti but the Daily Star suggests they will face competition from Real Madrid.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho is also interested in signing Alex Song from Barcelona, according to the Daily Telegraph
Song was on loan at West Ham last season and they are pursuing a deal to sign the midfielder, 27, on a permanent deal.
The Telegraph reports that the former Arsenal man’s home-grown status means Chelsea and Manchester City are also interested.
The newspaper also reports that Chelsea want £15m for Loic Remy, who has been linked with a move from Stamford Bridge, and that Mourinho has been alerted to the possibility of signing Belgium international midfielder Axel Witsel from Zenit St Petersburg.

The Daily Express suggests Witsel, who was first linked with Chelsea by the Russian media, could move to the Bridge for £24m.
A number of newspapers declare that Petr Cech, who has long been linked with Arsenal, is set to complete a transfer to the Gunners.
The Express says Cech, a Chelsea player for a decade, has agreed a £10m move to north London.
The Express & Star newspaper in the Midlands claim West Brom will wrap up the signing of QPR winger Matty Phillips in the next few days.
Meanwhile, Rangers defender Steven Caulker is reportedly wanted by Premier League newcomers Bournemouth.
The Daily Mirror say Caulker, 23, has been targeted by Cherries boss Eddie Howe, who is looking to sign a centre-back.

The Daily Mail reports that Lazio are furious with QPR for what they believe has been an attempt to unsettle Ravel Morrison.
The former West Ham player, who had a spell on loan at Loftus Road the season before last, is unhappy in Italy and his representatives recently sounded Rangers out about the possibility of signing him.
The Mail says Lazio are determined to hold Morrison to the pre-contract agreement he signed with them in January.

QPR NEED TO BRING IN SOME NEW RECRUITS.
A couple of young defenders, creative midfielder and a established goal scorer.
so many players have left the team may well lack cohesion.
Once that is established the season will be lost.
Not happy at the moment QPR are going to struggle unless new players are on board.
Comments that Brentford are a good role model shows how far QPR.directors have lost faith.
