Alderweireld and Caulker linked with moves as Roberts is tipped to leave

A round-up of the latest transfer speculation involving Chelsea, QPR and Fulham…

QPR defender Steven Caulker is reportedly wanted by Premier League newcomers Bournemouth.

The Mirror say Caulker has been targeted by Cherries boss Eddie Howe, who is looking to sign a centre-back.

England international Caulker, 23, signed a four-year contract when he joined Rangers from Cardiff City a year ago.

QPR keeper Rob Green has again been linked with a move to Chelsea, this time by the Daily Star, who also claim the Blues are in talks with Atletico Madrid over an exchange deal involving Toby Alderweireld and Filipe Luis.

Belgium international Alderweireld, 26, impressed at Southampton on loan from Atletico last season, while Filipe Luis has been linked with a return to the Spanish club in recent months.

Green has been touted as a possible replacement for Chelsea’s second-choice keeper Petr Cech, who has been linked with a move to Arsenal.

Oscar has also been linked with a possible move from Stamford Bridge, to Juventus.

The Sun say Chelsea are in talks with Juve over a potential £18m deal for the 23-year-old Brazilian.

But Sky Sports say no talks have taken place between the clubs and Oscar will not be leaving.

Chelsea are looking to sign Ghana left-back Abdul Baba Rahman from German side Augsburg, according to the Mirror.

The 20-year-old has played 11 times for his country and is apparently rated at £15m

QPR have still not received any offers for Charlie Austin or Matty Phillips but speculation continues over their futures.

The Mirror claim Newcastle, who had been tipped to sign him, plan to make a £10m bid for Watford forward Troy Deeney and that this could force Rangers to lower their asking price for Austin.

The Daily Express say Austin is the subject of a ‘three-way battle’ between Chelsea, Newcastle and West Ham.

Chelsea, it is claimed, see Austin as a replacement for Loic Remy, who is said to be unsettled. The Express also say Remy is wanted by West Ham and Crystal Palace.

West Brom have shown some interest in Phillips, who was in fine form during the second half of last season.

The Evening Standard suggest Baggies boss Tony Pulis is planning to make a £5m bid for the winger.

The Daily Mail reports that Lazio are furious with QPR for what they believe has been an attempt to unsettle Ravel Morrison.

The former West Ham player, who had a spell on loan at Loftus Road the season before last, is unhappy in Italy and his representatives recently sounded Rangers out about the possibility of signing him.

The Mail say Lazio are determined to hold Morrison to the pre-contract agreement he signed with them in January.
