Zenit interested in Falcao deal

Zenit St Petersburg are interested in signing Radamel Falcao if Chelsea are willing to terminate his loan deal.

The Russian club, managed by former Blues boss Andre Villas-Boas, wanted to take Falcao from Monaco in the summer before he joined the Blues.

The Colombian striker has struggled to make an impact at Stamford Bridge, starting just one Premier League game and scoring only once in nine appearances.

Chelsea would need to end his season-long loan deal early before Zenit could make their move.
