Potter admits he ‘has to do better’ after Brighton defeat

Chelsea boss Graham Potter took responsibility and admitted he ‘has to do better’ after seeing his side lose 4-1 at his former club Brighton & Hove Albion.

Goals from Leandro Trossard and Pascal Gross, along with own goals from both Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Trevoh Chaloah, handed Potter his first defeat in charge of the Blues, with Kai Havertz netting for Chelsea.

Potter also says the fixture schedule and injuries have made his job more difficult, but accepted responsibilty for the defeat while praising his former club.
