Eden Hazard pays tribute to Cesc Fabregas after the Chelsea midfielder said an emotional farewell to the Stamford Bridge crowd following their FA Cup win over Nottingham Forest.

Fabregas, who is expected to join Monaco, was given a standing ovation by the home fans as he was substituted late in the game.

His Blues team-mate Hazard described him as “a top guy on the pitch, off the pitch, and a great friend of mine.”
