Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is prepared to sanction a swap deal involving Eden Hazard and Real Madrid’s Marco Asensio, the Daily Star claim.

The Star picks up on a story by Spanish outlet Don Balon, which claims Abramovich is resigned to losing Hazard to Real and wants to get the best deal possible.

That apparently would involve adding 22-year-old Asensio to any package for Hazard.

On the other hand, The Daily Telegraph say Chelsea would refuse any bid from Manchester City for the Belgian – even an offer of £200m.

It comes after reports at the weekend that City are planning a bid for Hazard.

Chelsea are again being linked with 16-year-old striker Willem Geubbels.

The Daily Mirror, picking up on a report in L’Equipe, claims the teenager’s club Lyon have urged him to turn down a potential move to Stamford Bridge.

It adds that Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig have also talked to the youngster, who is yet to sign his first professional deal.

Rochdale also youngster linked

Chelsea are interested in Rochdale teenager Daniel Adshead, it is claimed.

ESPN say it has been told by “sources close to the League One club” that the Dale prospect, 16, is being monitored by the Blues and Arsenal.

Midfielder Adshead broke into the first team this season and has been touted as one of the Football League’s brightest young players.
