Salzburg v Chelsea: Four Blues changes

Chelsea make four changes for this evening’s Champions League game from Saturday’s draw with Manchester United.

In come Conor Gallagher, Kai Havertz, Raheem Sterling and Christian Pulisic for Ben Chilwell, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Mason Mount and Cesar Azpilicueta.

Chelsea are set to play with three at the back, with Raheem Sterling again operating as a wing-back.

Boss Graham Potter explained: “He’ll be playing wide. We need to have as dangerous width as we can against a team that defends quite narrow.

“You need to use width against them and hopefully we can get the ball to Raheem and give him opportunities to cause them problems.”
