Rosenior ready to face ‘world-class’ PSG
Liam Rosenior is relishing the challenge of taking on holders Paris St-Germain in the Champions League.
Chelsea will face the French side in the last-16 first leg in Paris on Wednesday and face a tough task.
But Blues head coach Rosenior insists his side will pose a major threat as well.
He said: “They are world class. It would be crazy to expect anything else. They have world-class players and a world-class manager, but we do (have world-class players) too.
“We have to remember it’s a two-legged game, so we need to have discipline.”
Rosenior faces a key choice in goal, having recently dropped Robert Sanchez and replaced him with Filip Jorgensen.
Sanchez was recalled for Saturday’s FA Cup win at Wrexham and it remains to be seen which keeper gets the nod against PSG.
“Every decision is a difficult decision – that’s the job I’m here to do,” said Rosenior, who refused to give any clues about who will be selected.
“For me, the goalkeeper position is no different to the outfield positions. You’ll see the decision I make when the teamsheet comes out.”
Estevao was not in the Chelsea squad that travelled to France as the Brazilian attacker is still recovering from injury.
