New loan deal agreed for Chelsea’s Miazga

Matt Miazga will spend a second season on loan at Vitesse Arnhem, Chelsea have confirmed.

The United States centre-back, 22, helped Vitesse win the Dutch Cup last season – the club’s first major trophy – and is therefore set to play in this season’s Europa League.

Miazga, who joined Chelsea in a surprise move from New York Red Bulls in January 2016, has made two appearances for the Blues.
