Neto signs new long-term Chelsea contract

Pedro Neto has signed a new six-year contract with Chelsea.

The Portuguese winger has scored 21 goals and provided 19 assists in 108 appearances since being signed from Wolves in 2024.

He has featured in all of Chelsea’s matches this season, scoring two goals in five appearances.

Neto told the club website: “From when I arrived, I have always felt like the people here helped me a lot. I feel like home here, I feel like I want to achieve more things here.

“I have had some good moments here as a group and as an individual, and now I want to have more of those moments.

“I’m really excited because I think we can achieve a lot of things together.”

Manager Xabi Alonso said: “I knew him very well from watching many Chelsea games and with him you know he is going to compete.

“You want this guy in your team. I am very happy with Pedro and the work he is doing.”
