Lukaku trains with Chelsea

Romelu Lukaku has trained with Chelsea ahead of his move to Stamford Bridge from Anderlecht.

Lukaku, who is expected to be officially unveiled as a Blues player next week, met his new team-mates at the club’s Cobham training ground on Thursday.

Chelsea have agreed a fee, believed to be between £15m and £20m, for the highly-rated forward, who has undergone a medical.

His power and pace have seen him compared with Chelsea favourite Didier Drogba, and several other top European clubs were keen to sign the 18-year-old this summer.

Lukaku made his Anderlecht debut aged 16 and has already made 10 appearances for Belgium, scoring two goals.

He scored three times in the Champions League qualifying stage last season, although Anderlecht failed to reach the group phase.
