Loftus-Cheek picks up injury in England game
Ruben Loftus-Cheek went off injured during the first half of England’s friendly against Brazil.
The Chelsea youngster, who won widespread praise with an excellent England debut in last week’s draw with Germany, went off in the 34th minute at Wembley.
Loftus-Cheek, who is on a season-long loan at Crystal Palace, left the pitch holding his lower back.
He picked up the injury a few minutes beforehand and received treatment before carrying on, but was eventually forced to go off.
