Chelsea trialist features in Under-21 game

Trialist Yasin Ben El-Mhanni featured again as Chelsea’s youngsters drew 0-0 at home to Everton in the Under-21 Premier League.

West London-born El-Mhanni, a 20-year-old forward or winger who plays for non-League Lewes, recently played – and scored – for Chelsea’s Under-21s in a match against Middlesbrough.[phone][/phone]

There were few opportunities created against an Everton side who defended well, although Tammy Abraham, Jay Dasilva and Ola Aina went close for Chelsea.

Goalkeeper Nathan Baxter, who has been a regular for the Blues’ Under-18 team, made his debut at Under-21 level.
