Chelsea youngsters see off Leicester

Martell Taylor-Crossdale scored both goals as Chelsea won 2-0 at home to Leicester in the Under-18 Premier League.

The England Under-17 striker opened the scoring early in the second half by pouncing on the loose ball after Juan Castillo’s shot had been saved.

Chelsea had the ball in the net again when Charlie Brown finished off a nice team move, but the effort was ruled out for offside.

However, there was no room for doubt when the lively Taylor-Crossdale fired into the bottom corner to seal the fourth win of a six-match unbeaten run for Jody Morris’ side.
