Olivier Giroud could be on his way out of Arsenal, Arsene Wenger has confirmed.

Chelsea are keen to sign the French striker and there are reports deal has been agreed for him to move to Stamford Bridge.

Giroud came on as a second-half substitute during Arsenal 3-1 defeat at Swansea on Tuesday.

Asked if it was likely to be Giroud’s final appearance for the north London club, Gunners boss Wenger said: “It’s a possibility, but all that will be decided tomorrow morning.

“We will inform you once that is more definite. It will all be decided tomorrow. We will know more in the morning.”

Giroud, 31, joined Arsenal from Montpellier in the summer of 2012 and has scored 73 Premier League goals in 180 appearances.

But his first-team opportunities this season and been limited and he has been linked with several clubs in recent months.

Wenger added: “He’s an Arsenal man. After that he needs to play as well because he has not played many games in the Premier League since the start of the season.

“At the moment I don’t want to talk much about where he goes – if he goes, because that will be definitely decided. Nothing is concluded.”
