Courtois and Giroud start for Chelsea at Wembley

Olivier Giroud leads Chelsea’s attack in the FA Cup final at Wembley and Thibaut Courtois is in goal.

Willy Caballero has played in previous cup ties for the Blues but, as expected, first-choice keeper Courtois gets the nod for the final.

Boss Antonio Conte is set to deploy a three-man midfield, with Tiemoue Bakayoko getting a starting place.

Eden Hazard will support Giroud in attack, with Pedro and Willian having to settle for places on the bench.

Andreas Christensen misses out altogether because of a back injury, with Gary Cahill and Antonio Rudiger partnering Cesar Azpilicueta at the back.

There is a place on the bench for youngster Trevoh Chalobah.

Meanwhile, former Chelsea man Romelu Lukaku, who had a fitness test on an ankle problem, is among United’s substitutes. Marcus Rashford therefore starts.
