England boss to watch Abraham – Telegraph

England boss Gareth Southgate will be at Chelsea’s game against Valencia in order to watch Tammy Abraham, the Daily Telegraph reports.

Southgate and his assistant, former Chelsea coach Steve Holland, are due to be at Stamford Bridge for Tuesday’s Champions League clash.

Abraham was left out of Southgate’s recent England squad but has been tipped to earn a call-up next month.

Nigeria, where Abraham’s father is from, are hoping to persuade the Blues striker to play for them but he has made it clear he wants to play for England.

Abraham has been in superb goalscoring form

Meanwhile, there continues to be speculation over the future of Willian.

The Brazilian’s Chelsea contract expires next summer and the Daily Express reports that he is keen to stay at the Bridge.

“From my side, I want to stay. I have one year left and I want to stay because I like to play for Chelsea,” he said.

“I love this club, I love to live in London and my family loves it here. I have been here six years already so everything is perfect for me. Of course there is more I want to do at Chelsea, win the Champions League!

“I want to win more titles here, I want to play more games, to score more goals so everything that I can do, I will try hard to do.”
