Chelsea agreed to let Hazard go this summer, Sun on Sunday say

There continues to be speculation over the future of Eden Hazard.

The Sun on Sunday say that last summer Chelsea agreed to let him leave for Real Madrid at the end of this season if he stayed at Stamford Bridge for another year.

The newspaper say Hazard and his representatives “have reminded Chelsea that he has honoured his side of their arrangement and urged the club to agree a fee for his transfer.”

Hazard’s contract expires next year and he has made no secret of his desire to play for Real.


Barca to make Willian offer – Sun

Barcelona are set to table another offer for Willian, The Sun say.

Chelsea have previously rejected offers from Barca for the Brazilian, who has made it clear he wants to stay.

The Sun say the La Liga giants are preparing to offer £30m for Willian at the end of the season in an attempt to get a deal done.


Mendes linked

Chelsea are interested in signing Lille midfielder Thiago Mendes, it is claimed.

The Daily Star say Chelsea and Everton are keen on the Brazilian and that he would cost £26m.

The story is based on journalist Duncan Castles telling The Transfer Window podcast he believes both clubs are eyeing Mendes.


Sun claim Arsenal are eyeing Zouma

Arsenal are interested in Kurt Zouma, The Sun claim.

Zouma has been on loan this season from Chelsea at Everton, who are keen to sign him on a permanent deal.

The Sun say Arsenal boss Unai Emery is determined to sign a centre-back this summer and that Zouma is among the players picked out as a potential target.


Clubs eyeing Taylor-Crossdale, Mirror claim

Martell Taylor-Crossdale is the latest Chelsea youngster to be linked with a move from the club, with Fulham among those said to be interested in the teenage forward.

The Mirror say the Whites and Bristol City are eyeing Taylor-Crossdale, who has also been linked with Southampton recently.


Bakayoko wants Chelsea return – reports

The Sun have picked up on reports in Italy that Tiemoue Bakayoko does not want to sign for AC Milan after being racially abused by fans.

Bakayoko is on a season-long loan from Chelsea and is said to be keen to return to Stamford Bridge this summer.


Manolas linked again

Chelsea are once again being linked with Kostas Manolas.

The Daily Star have picked up on reports in Italy claiming that Chelsea, who currently face a transfer ban, and Manchester United have made offers the Roma defender.

It is claimed that Manolas, who was linked with Chelsea when Antonio Conte was Blues boss, has told his representatives to put talks with other clubs on hold until he knows who Roma’s manager will be next season – Conte has been linked with the job.


Mirror claim Chelsea are interested in Fraser

The Daily Mirror claim Chelsea are among clubs keen on Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser.

The Scotland international’s Cherries contract is due to expire next year and he has recently been linked with Arsenal.

The Mirror now claim that Chelsea and Tottenham are also monitoring the situation, with Fraser keen to join a top-six side.


Blues also linked with Atal

Chelsea want Nice’s Algeria right-back Youcef Atal, The Daily Telegraph believe.

The newspaper say Chelsea are among a number of top clubs keen on the 22-year-old, with is apparently rated at around £35m and being tracked by the likes of Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid.

Any deal would depend on Chelsea successfully managing to have the Fifa-imposed transfer ban suspended this summer.


Promoted clubs want Palmer, Mirror say

Norwich and Sheffield United are interested in Chelsea youngster Kasey Palmer, according to the Daily Mirror.

Palmer, currently on loan at Bristol City, is expected to move this summer and the Mirror say both newly-promoted clubs are keen on him.


Cavani still being touted for move

Edinson Cavani has yet again been touted for a possible move to Chelsea.

Calciomercato claim the Paris St-Germain forward, 32, is of interest to the Blues, who have been linked with him many times during the last few years.
