Transfer gossip: Hammers want Barkley on loan, Mirror say
Transfer speculation involving Chelsea in Thursday’s newspapers…
West Ham are planning an attempt to sign Ross Barkley on loan from Chelsea, the Daily Mirror say.
Barkley played at Everton under David Moyes, who has returned to West Ham for a second spell as manager.
And the Mirror say Moyes wants to be reunited with Barkley, who currently faces stiff competition for a place in the Chelsea side.
Hammers also linked with Giroud
West Ham have also been linked with a possible move for Olivier Giroud.
The striker is looking to join Inter Milan from Chelsea this month and has held talks with the Italian club.
But the Daily Express claim the Hammers are taking a keen interest in how those talks progress and remain interested in Giroud, who was previously linked with a move to the east London club.
Sancho speculation continues
Chelsea continue to be linked with Jadon Sancho.
The Daily Star declare that Chelsea will look to sign the England international from Borussia Dortmund this summer if Willian leaves.
Willian is in the final year of his contract at Stamford Bridge and has been in discussions about a new deal.

There is no danger Barkley e was oils want to join West Ham even on loan!
And giroud is going to inter having turned down the hammers a number of times before!
So why keep coming out with this same old rubbish
