Kessie still being touted for move as speculation over Sarri and Hazard continues

The stories in Wednesday’s newspapers involving Chelsea…

Frank Kessie continues to be touted for a possible move to the Premier League.

Chelsea were linked with the Ivory Coast midfielder before he joined AC Milan on a two-year loan from Atlanta and have continued to be linked with him.

The Daily Star recently claimed that Chelsea want Milan to buy Kessie and then sell them to him as part of a permanent deal for Tiemoue Bakayoko, who is on loan at the Italian club from the Blues.

And The Sun now claim Kessie is wanted by Chelsea and Arsenal but that Paris St-Germain have moved ahead of both English clubs in a battle to sign him.

Meanwhile, there continues to be speculation over the futures of Chelsea star Eden Hazard and head coach Maurizio Sarri.

The Daily Mirror say Real Madrid believe Chelsea’s woes under Sarri will make it easier for them to sign Hazard this summer.

The Sun claim Chelsea want to replace Sarri with former Real boss Zinedine Zidane.

Hazard idolises Zidane and The Sun suggest appointing the Frenchman would help Chelsea persuade their star player to sign a new contract.
