Alonso linked with Newcastle
Marcos Alonso is being linked with a potential move to Newcastle.
Alonso has been linked with a return to his native Spain and is among several players expected to leave Chelsea when the transfer window reopens.
But The Express say he has been lined up as a possible signing by Newcastle for after a proposed takeover of the Tyneside club is completed.
Lampard to assess Kepa – reports
Frank Lampard will wait until the end of the season to make a decision on Kepa Arrizabalaga’s future, reports say.
It comes amid speculation that goalkeeper Kepa, who was previously dropped by boss Lampard, could be sold.
Several keepers have been linked with Chelsea as a possible replacement for Kepa.
However, the Sunday Telegraph say Lampard will assess him during the final matches of the season before deciding whether he wants to keep him.
That has prompted the Express to declare that Kepa has nine games to prove his worth.
Sarri and Jorginho ‘have not spoken’
Jorginho continues to be linked with a move to Juventus.
The midfielder has played under Juve’s former Blues boss Maurizio Sarri at both Chelsea and Napoli and has been tipped to leave Stamford Bridge and join him in Turin.
However, The Athletic reports that the pair have not spoken since Sarri left Chelsea last summer.
