Transfer gossip: Chelsea among clubs linked with Ajax winger

Some of the latest transfer speculation involving Chelsea…

Chelsea are among clubs interested in Ajax winger David Neres, according to the Daily Telegraph.

The newspaper say Arsenal and Everton have held talks over a potential deal for the Brazilian and that he is also being monitored by Chelsea and Manchester United.

He would apparently cost €40m (£34.5m) this summer. Borussia Dortmund reportedly had a bid for him rejected in January.

Hazard speculation

There continues to be speculation over the future of Eden Hazard.

The Daily Telegraph say Hazard has no intention of signing a new contract at Chelsea, where his current deal expires next year.

The newspaper suggest this will make it likely that Chelsea, who apparently want £100m, will eventually have to accept an offer from Real Madrid regardless of whether the Spanish club match the Blues’ valuation of Hazard.

The Daily Star, on the other hand, declare that Chelsea will not budge on the £100m asking price.

The Telegraph reported earlier this week that Real want to agree a deal for Hazard before the end of the season.

Story claims Real want Kepa

Real Madrid want Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, it has been claimed.

Teamtalk.com, which describes Kepa as a “£72m Chelsea flop”, claim Real are ready to make a move for him as an alternative to David De Gea.

Real have been linked with Manchester United’s De Gea but have supposedly decided that he is too expensive and that Kepa is a potential alternative.

Teamtalk claim the Spanish club will offer Chelsea £50m for Kepa and that the Blues will consider the offer.

The website also claim that Stoke’s Jack Butland and Burnley’s Nick Pope have been identified by Chelsea as possible replacements.

Blues linked Brazilian youngster

Chelsea have again been linked with Brazilian youngster Bruno Guimaraes.

The Daily Mail say Chelsea are interested in signing the Athletico Paranaense midfielder, 21, if they escape a transfer ban.

Reports say Guimaraes owns a Spanish passport and has a £34.5m release clause in his contract.
