Transfer gossip: Italian media claim Chelsea could go for Lukaku

Some of the latest transfer speculation involving Chelsea…

Chelsea are prepared to offer 100m euros (£86.3m) for Romelu Lukaku if they miss out on Erling Haaland, it is claimed.

It comes amid speculation in the Italian media that Inter Milan’s former Blues striker Lukaku could return to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea have also been linked with Borussia Dortmund star Haaland, who is expected to make a big-money move this summer.

Calciomercato.com claim Chelsea regard Lukaku as a possible back-up option and will make an offer for him if Haaland goes elsewhere.

Gravenberchtouted touted for move

Chelsea have also been linked with Ajax’s teenage midfielder Ryan Gravenberch.

The Daily Express have picked up on reports that Chelsea and Liverpool are pursuing the 18-year-old.

Aguero ‘would consider Chelsea move’

Chelsea continue to be linked with Sergio Aguero.

The striker will leave Manchester City when his contract expires at the end of the season and there has been speculation over which club he will join.

And the Daily Telegraph say Aguero is keen to stay in the Premier League – even if it means not being involved in the Champions League – and would consider signing for Chelsea or Tottenham.

Blues linked with Turkey star

Chelsea are among clubs being linked with AC Milan’s Turkey midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu.

Sky in Italy claim the 27-year-old is wanted by the Blues, Arsenal and Juventus.

His contract expires this summer and reports say he could be available on a free transfer.

Speculation over Rudiger’s future

There is speculation that Antonio Rudiger could be on his way out of Chelsea following his recent training ground bust-up with team-mate Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Blues boss Thomas Tuchel has insisted the matter has been dealt with.

The Daily Mail say Rudiger has buried the hatchet with Tuchel but that the defender’s future at the club is on the line.
