Transfer gossip: Kante still being linked with Inter

Chelsea: N'Golo Kante

There continues to be speculation over the future of Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante.

Kante has been linked with the likes of Real Madrid, Juventus and Paris St-Germain in the past year or so.


More recently, Inter Milan – managed by former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte – have been linked with him.

And The Sun have picked up on more reports in Kante’s native France claiming that Conte is looking to sign him next summer.

The newspaper say Conte is also keen on Kante’s Blues team-mates Olivier Giroud, Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri.

Bees linked with winger Balic

Brentford are keen on Austria Under-21 international winger Husein Balic, according to the Mail .

The newspaper say the Bees and Southampton want Balic and that there has also been interest from Celtic.


He plays for Austrian side LASK Linz and is supposedly rated at £2.8m.

Nicknamed ‘The Sprinter’, Balic is said to be one of the fastest players in world football and has apparently been clocked running 20 metres in just 2.75 seconds.

Eisfeld touted for QPR move

It’s claimed that QPR want VFL Bochum’s Thomas Eisfeld.

The midfielder’s contract is due to expire next summer and he has been touted for a possible move to west London.
