Transfer gossip: Speculation over Hazard and Hudson-Odoi continues

There continues to be speculation over the futures of Eden Hazard and Callum Hudson-Odoi.

The contracts of both Chelsea players expire next year and Hazard continues to be linked with Real Madrid, while youngster Hudson-Odoi is wanted by Bayern Munich.

And The Sun on Sunday Chelsea are unwilling to lose both players this summer and will refuse to sell Hudson-Odoi if Hazard moves to Spain.

Meanwhile, the Sunday Express again claim Real’s former Tottenham star Gareth Bale could join Chelsea as part of an exchange deal involving Hazard.


Burnley linked with James

Burnley want to sign Chelsea youngster Reece James on loan next season, The Sun on Sunday say.

The defender has impressed while on loan at Wigan and reports have claimed he is wanted by Crystal Palace and Brighton.

The Sun on Sunday say Palace and Brighton want to buy James but that Burnley will look to take him on loan, giving Chelsea the chance to give their player more first-team experience.

The newspaper also say Wigan are looking to take Chelsea’s Dujon Sterling on loan next season as a replacement for James.
