Eight Chelsea youngsters receive call-up

Chelsea’s Lewis Baker (pictured), Nathaniel Chalobah, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Tammy Abraham have been included in the England Under-21 squad for matches against Italy and France.

Aidy Boothroyd’s side will face the Italians at Southampton’s St Mary’s ground next Thursday and play France in Paris four days later.

And four Chelsea players have been named in the England Under-20 squad for the Continental Cup in South Korea.

The Under-20s will next week face the host nation – who will also stage next year’s Under-20 World Cup – as well as Nigeria and Iran.

Blues youngsters Jake Clarke-Salter, Fikayo Tomori, Izzy Brown and Dominic Solanke have all been included.

England will play Nigeria on Wednesday, South Korea on Thursday and Iran next Saturday.
