Chelsea youngster features in England Under-20 draw

Chelsea’s Tariq Lamptey played for England’s Under-20 side in a 2-2 draw with Italy on Thursday.

Lamptey (pictured) was west London’s sole representative in Parma, where both England’s goals were scored by Angel Gomes of Manchester United.

On Wednesday, Chelsea’s Clinton Mola and goalkeeper Luca Ashby-Hammond of Fulham played for England Under-19s in a 3-1 defeat against France in Spain.

Sonny Hilton, also of Fulham, came on as a second-half substitute in the Under-19s’ opening game of the Marbella International Cup, while Chelsea’s Henry Lawrence was an unused substitute.

England’s goal in that game was scored by James Garner – also of Manchester United.
