Times say Chelsea and Palace disagree over Loftus-Cheek treatment

Chelsea and Crystal Palace are in dispute over Ruben Loftus-Cheek’s injury, according to The Times.

The England international has been out for almost two months, having suffered an ankle injury during his season-long loan at Palace.

He returned to Chelsea for treatment and the Eagles are hopeful he will return to Selhurst Park before the end of the season.

The Times say the two clubs disagree over the best way to treat the injury.

Loftus-Cheek has not played since December

Meanwhile, amid continued speculation over the future of Thibaut Courtois, Chelsea are again being linked with AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigui Donnarumma.

It is claimed that the Blues are looking for a replacement for Courtois, who has been linked with Real Madrid and is yet to sign a new deal at Stamford Bridge.

Following reports in France suggesting that Paris St-Germain are interested in Donnarumma, The Sun say Chelsea face competition from the Ligue 1 club.
