Batshuayi set to complete Monaco loan move

Michy Batshuayi is on the verge of completing a loan move to Monaco.

The Belgian striker has been on loan from Chelsea at Valencia, who have opted to end that season-long deal after he failed to impress.[phone]

He is now set to link up with Cesc Fabregas, who recently left Stamford Bridge to sign for Monaco.

Batshuayi, 25, has been unable to establish himself as a first-team player at Chelsea since being signed from Marseille in the summer of 2016.

The switch to Monaco will be his third loan move – he ended last season in Germany with Borussia Dortmund.
