Atsu completes permanent move to Newcastle

Christian Atsu has completed a permanent move from Chelsea to Newcastle.

Atsu made 35 appearances while on loan at Newcastle this season, helping them win promotion back to the Premier League.

He moved to Stamford Bridge in 2013 but never made a first-team appearance for Chelsea, who previously loaned him to Vitesse Arnhem, Everton, Bournemouth and Malaga.
