Juve boss insists Alex Sandro will stay

Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has insisted that Alex Sandro will stay with the Turin club.

The Brazilian left-back has been tipped to join Chelsea, who are keen to sign a number of players.

However, speaking at a press conference in Boston, where his team beat Roma in a pre-season friendly, Allegri dismissed reports that Sandro could move to Stamford Bridge.

He said: “Alex Sandro is a Juve player. He is sensational and will not leave.”

Meanwhile, Manchester United’s former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says Blues midfielder Nemanja Matic wants a move to Old Trafford “very, very much.”
