Brentford sign teenage Slovenian striker

Brentford have added Slovenian striker Jan Novak to their B squad.

The teenager has signed an 18-month contract and joins from Slovenian second-tier side Nogometni Klub Krka for an undisclosed fee.[phone][/phone]

Novak, who can also play out wide, had been on trial with the Bees at the start of the season and will be reunited with the B team this week.

He made his debut in the Slovenian top flight when he was just 16 and scored his first goal for Krka earlier this season.
