Pinnock completes move from Brentford to Coventry
Ethan Pinnock has completed a move from Brentford to Coventry City.
The 33-year-old Jamaica international defender was in the final year of his contract with the Bees, having joined from Barnsley in the summer of 2019.
He has moved for a fee of £5m, potentially rising to £6m with add-ons, and has signed a three-year deal with the Sky Blues.
Pinnock was a cornerstone of the Brentford side that won promotion to the Premier League five years ago and has clocked up 216 appearances and 12 goals in all competitions, but he featured only eight times last season.
Pinnock is Coventry’s ninth arrival of the summer transfer window and will be reunited with Frank Onyeka, who also joined them from Brentford.
