Brentford keen on Belgian centre-back

Brentford are in talks with Olympiacos over a potential deal to sign centre-back Björn Engels.

The 23-year-old Belgian has impressed in Greece since being signed from Club Brugge a year ago.

A former Belgium Under-21 international, Engels has attracted interest from a number of clubs in recent months.

Brentford are looking to add to their defensive options following the recent sale of John Egan to Sheffield United.
